Kathleen Floryan was born in Trenton NJ, grew up in Larchmont, NY (Westchester), attended High School, Ursuline Academy New Rochelle, NY, Undergrad SUNY at Buffalo - Nursing BSN, Lived in Manhattan, Greenwich CT, Redding CT, Columbus Ohio, Masters in Nursing -The Ohio State University, Two adult sons, Four Grandchildren. Happily married to Dan the second time around. In 2002, Lived in Ft Wayne IN, moved to NE Florida in 2004. Became FT Real Estate Professional in 2006.
Proudly Serving the NE Florida communities of Ponte Vedra Beach, the Beaches Areas along Scenic A1A to Vilano Beach, Saint Augustine, St Johns County and portions of Jacksonville (Duval County) with residential sales and purchases of single family homes and condominiums. Involved in philanthropic causes and active member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. For 2021 adding service on the board of the Saint Augustine Yacht Club.
